Terms of service

The terms for a Quacked website build and monthly care.

Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and [registered company name], company number [company number], registered office [registered address] (“Quacked”, “we”).

The €495 build

The build includes:

  • Up to 5 pages, chosen from Home, About, Services, Gallery and Contact
  • One template from the Quacked library, set up with your colours and logo
  • A contact form with spam protection, delivered to your email
  • Page copy written from your brief if you do not have your own
  • Basic on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, headings, structured data, a sitemap and robots.txt
  • Google Search Console set up and verified
  • One round of revisions after the first preview

Not included, and quoted separately: an online shop or payments, online bookings, a blog, more than 5 pages, more than one language, integrations with other services, custom features or design outside our templates, domain registration and business email.

The €50 a month care

Care includes:

  • Hosting and SSL
  • Monitoring that the site and its contact form are working
  • A monthly one-page health report
  • Up to 2 small edits a month: text, a photo, opening hours or prices
  • Theme and security updates

New pages, new sections, redesigns, content writing beyond small edits and ongoing SEO work are quoted separately.

Payment

You pay €545 at checkout: the €495 build plus your first month of care. After that, care is €50 a month from your checkout date. [Confirm VAT treatment.]

Cancelling

Care is month to month and you can cancel at any time. After you cancel, your site stays online for 14 days and then goes offline. If you ask, we will send you a copy of your built site files and your content. If we registered your domain for you, we will transfer it to you on request.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the words, photos and logos you give us. [Ownership of the finished site, liability, and governing law to be confirmed with a legal adviser.]
